We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, investing interests, and club-related data. We also collect usage data through PostHog analytics.
We use your information to provide the Rich on Fifty platform, manage your club membership, send notifications and communications, process payments, and improve our services.
We share data with: club members (profile and contribution data within your club), payment processors (Stripe for billing), email providers (AWS SES for notifications), and analytics (PostHog, Sentry). We do not sell your personal information.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security in our database, and secure authentication through Supabase Auth.
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion of personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell data). To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@richonfifty.com.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days. Financial records may be retained as required by law.
